Warranty, Support & Evolution

Project delivery marks the end of development, but the beginning of the tool's real life. Software doesn't live in a vacuum; it interacts with other platforms that constantly update and change.

To ensure your investment is safe and lasting, we include a 6-month warranty and technical support period from the delivery date. During these 6 months, our goal is to ensure the stability of what was delivered.

What does this included support period cover?

Incident Resolution (Reactive Support)

If during daily use you detect that the automation stops, gives an error, or doesn't complete a task as designed, let us know and our technical team intervenes. We diagnose and fix the failure to restore operational normality.

Adjustments for Third-Party Changes (APIs)

Your solution connects with external tools (Google, CRMs, OpenAI, etc.). Sometimes, these platforms update their connection systems. If this happens during the coverage period, we make basic technical adjustments so that communication between your systems doesn't break.

Resource and Cost Control

Automations consume resources (AI tokens, server capacity, etc.). We help you review that these consumptions stay within expected margins to avoid surprises in technology provider invoices.

And what happens after the first year?

We know your business will evolve. Once the 6-month warranty period ends, we don't leave you alone. We offer two ways to continue collaborating, always on demand and according to your needs:

Extended Maintenance Contract

If you value peace of mind, you can renew the annual support service to remain covered against incidents and API changes.

Evolution and Improvement Packages

If you want the tool to gain new functionalities, be faster, or cover more processes, we can open a new development phase or work by hour blocks to implement specific improvements.
